Buffy Summers

Born in 1981, Buffy Anne Summers was called to be a slayer in 1996 by her first watcher, while attending high school in LA. Although she struggled to get a hold of the destiny she had been given, she soon went from a popular, ditzy cheerleader to being a slayer. In an incident with her high school gym being burnt down due to a vampire attack, she was expelled. Her parents split up and she moved to Sunnydale with her mother. She tried to forget about her destiny, but with the help of her new friends Willow and Xander, and her new watcher Rupert Giles, she realised that she had a calling to attend to. She lamented the loss of her youth, her ice skating, perfect family but with such strength of character and duty she has saved the world, and her friends over and over again.

Sarah Michelle Gellar

Sarah Michelle Gellar, born in New York April 14th 1977, has been acting since the age of four when she was discovered in a restaurant and has been acting ever since, in TV, film and stage. She was a competitive figure skater and has also taken 5 years of Tae Kwon Do, as well as being the 1999 FHM's sexiest woman in the world. SMG has been named as a role model countless times, due to her upstanding stage presence, fit and healthy appearance, charity work and grace both onscreen and off.
She currently is living in Los Angeles with her husband, actor Freddie Prinze Jr, whom she married in September 2002.
